Céline Lescure Inquel started Plume in January 2020 using Instagram as the launch pad. The entrepreneur’s only motivation was to create clothing that delighted the senses, at exactly the right price, and with the smallest possible impact on the planet. The brand is committed on a daily basis to improving every part of its operations. And since the designer believes new methods must be explored to change the status quo, Plume is 100% digital. There’s no overproduction, stock is never destroyed, and there are no markdowns. Plume’s inspiration comes from travel, making new connections, natural fabrics, and especially the things that bring happiness – light, the sensation of touch, and smiles.
